The agreement between you and Proto Douglas Ltd for the use of Connectorient services.
You must provide accurate registration and identity information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity on your account. Services are for lawful use by the registered account holder.
Connectorient provides app-to-app calling and messaging, local Nigerian voice and SMS through our licensed gateway partner, international voice and mobile data through eSIM profiles, Wi-Fi hub access at operated sites, and collaboration tools. Coverage, speed and availability vary with network conditions.
Wallet credit, data bundles and call charges are shown in the app before use. Bundles and credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
We may suspend or end service for fraud, non-payment, abuse, or where required by a regulator. We will tell you the reason unless prevented by law.
Services are provided on a best-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the charges you paid for the affected service in the preceding month.
